I've been going through the planning application for the new GP surgery and looking at the Brentwood Replacement Local Plan which sets out lots of different planning policies for the Borough.

It turns out that if the new surgery is built in the proposed location it will be at odds with all sorts of different planning policies. I've put together a detailed letter of objection and sent it to the Council. If you have the time and inclination you can read it here.
